Alisha: Use this slang expression when you see someone is inactive, idle, or not working. |
Syed: The word "vela" is used for males and "veli" is used for females. |
Alisha: Sometimes, this word is used in a negative way, to insult someone or make fun of someone, and is sometimes used in a casual situation. |
Be careful when you use it because many people do not like to be called this. |
